Preamble

We, the founders and developers of D-TECH, in order to establish a unified ecosystem, ensure innovation, promote ethical conduct, and secure the rights and responsibilities of all users, do ordain and establish this General Law of D-TECH. • Pursuit of civil and criminal legal action against malicious actors.

Article V: Limitation of Liability

The D-TECH Ecosystem and all related services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. D-TECH and its founders shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or legal repercussions arising from the use or misuse of our tools and services.

Article VI: Privacy & Data Protection

By entering the D-TECH Ecosystem, users acknowledge and accept our prevailing Privacy Mandates. D-TECH respects user data and outlines specific data collection, usage, and protection protocols within its respective project Privacy Policies, all of which are subordinate to this General Law.

Article VII: Amendments to the Law

As the D-TECH Ecosystem evolves, so too must its laws. D-TECH command reserves the right to amend, update, or append this Core Constitution at any time. Continued participation in the Ecosystem following any amendments constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised General Law.
